Videos
All videos were made using recordMyDesktop, so they all use free file formats. Specifically, they use ogg container and Theora video codec. There is no audio on these videos.
If you have Javascript enabled and your browser supports it, there would be an embedded player for each video. If you want to download a video, play it and the play button will be replaced by a "More..." link. Click on it and then an options box with a "Download file" link will appear.
